Cumulative Update KB4025342 Windows 10 v1703 Build 15063.483

It seems that I also have the same problem and was not even aware of it. I just went to WD's Firewall and Network Protection and clicked on "Advanced Settings". Nothing happened.
According to me this is something for Microsoft to fix. I am pretty sure from what I have read in the previous posts someone has already given notice to Microsoft in the Feedback Hub.. I am going to upvote that thread.

It doesn't work in my CU build either. Just to let everyone know. MMC does open with that Advanced settings link in Insider build 16241. Which build they fixed it in I wouldn't know. You would think it'd be an easy fix, for it's just the link to open that's broken.

Just noticed my Windows 10 phone is also doing the same with the settings (as well as showing numbers for a couple of entries which is a known glitch for the past few months):
I usually use my windows 8.1 phone.
Just installed the update. Still seeing the "settings" issue that I saw with last update that I uninstalled. I think I'm just going to tolerate it as it does seem the settings are being honored. IE seem to be working fine.
Here is what I mean by the issue:

You can see on the left it states off or on but on the right everything is on. If I move something, then they adopt the correct pattern but once I come back it is like the pic again. Annoying.
My email is working okay now so that is good. Actually, no it's not, lol.
Okay, restarted modem and rolled back wifi driver and now it is working very good for me on all computers.

This update, (KB4025342), has failed to install on my machine 20 times as per Update History. While checking for updates. it appears to download and partially install, the blue line almost makes it all the way across the screen but then it goes back to checking again and repeats the process 3-4 times.
After the last try, Windows Update reports that your device is up to date. Yet the Update history shows the 20 failed attempts.
Should I download and install manually or just let it go?
Thanks.

Running the Reset Windows Update in Windows 10 posted on page 8 of this thread allowed the update to install properly. It wiped out my update history prior to that but at least this one installed properly. An update check run right after the reboot showed no new updates available. Thanks to whoever posted that hint and to Brink for writing the steps.

Edge Favorites do not Sync between several machines
EDGE favourites SYNC is still broken with this build. It just does not work.

Update installed fine on my desktop, but not on my laptop. When I try to open the Windows Defender Security Center on the laptop, I get a mostly blank screen - only a few options appear, and the whole thing shuts down when I try to select any of them. It works fine on the desktop. I did a system restore to before the update, and everything worked fine. After letting the update re-install, the exact same problem was back. I welcome any advice on fixing this!
Edited to add that Malwarebytes will not run also - gets part way through and the pc crashes.
