Is anyone else's sound giving weird static now? I've posted a thread about it this morning but nobody's replied yet.

Should I roll back this update, or is there a fix? Can I roll it back? I've never tried rolling back an update in Windows 10.

You can uninstall it though it may try and reinstall itself.

What I usually do is uninstall it via control panel/programs --> uninstall program/view installed updates/ right click on update (KB4025342) and uninstall the update. After it restarts I quickly block it with hide remove tool so this way it doesn't offer it again.

I did this with last update and with this update. Now my computer seems to be working fine.

Uninstall the update and block it.

Okay now I'm not totally sure if it was the update that caused the email notification issue. It might be due to an update that was done to the mail program earlier today. The program for me is not checking for mail like it should even when reset and is acting inconsistently with notifications. Additionally, online in the outlook email account emails are sometime failing to send and acting weird so maybe this is an email app/account issue versus an update issue for me. I'm going to watch it and if it corrects I may try the update again. Maybe when the email is working good I'll just block auto app updates for a time and have some peace.

Edit: Definitely something wrong with the Mail app or M servers for me. When I manually checked it a a little while ago it stated hold on while we fetch mail for like 5 minutes and then didn't get the mail I sent it.

Edit: Uninstalled Mail app via powershell and reinstalling. Taking forever. Seems Microsoft servers are slowed up.

Edit: Still locking up when do a force check for mail. This matches my experience actually in the account with things taking long or emails failing. I guess they are having issues.

My email is working fine now. I think it was an issue with the app and microsoft email and not the update but not totally sure. I think I'm going to stay on 15063.413 for now since everything is working great and I don't feel like uninstalling again if something acts up again.

    Edit: still having issues.

Have I missed why the thread is called KB4025342 and yet myself and others in the thread are seeing KB4025376 as having been installed ?

I notice that a restart now displays the cursor on the desktop, previously the cursor was always AWOL until you moved the mouse/touchpad.

That's the Adobe Flash update. KB4025342 is the cumulative.
