Today we have released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 16232 for PC to Windows Insiders in the Slow ring. Remember – we are doing a staggered roll-out of this flight so not everyone will immediately see it offered unless you manually check for updates.

Odd that they released .448 to slow yesterday, and a whole new build today. Wonder if .448 fixes something that they saw that breaks upgrades otherwise.
It took 3 hrs to download & install this update.
No iso download from Microsoft.
16193 is the latest.
Previously, when released to the slow ring, the iso was also made available. Maybe because it's a staggered rollout.

Likely will be an ISO, but usually takes them a week before the release it.
The strangest thing in this new build !
All Edge downloads show as a virus.
Its not due to Kaspersky Security Suite 2017 or windows security or so it seems.
Downloads work normally with Chrome Browser
Would love an iso from anyone who can upload one. Thanks.
Tried the same thing as above initially, as Net framework 3.5 will not auto install,( show memory linked error) to allow BC Uninstaller to run .
Also installed Windows Media Center 8.1 ( as it will run in Windows 10 ) and blank icon shows until you drag it into "Truelaunchbar" short cuts. .
Such quirky issues suggest a memory problem, but not so after testing proved 100% !
