Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 16232 PC + 15228 Mobile Insider

After I'd poked the Retry button several times and it refused to update, it all of a sudden decided to check for updates all on its own, and downloaded and installed the CU, Hippsie.

Go figure.

The Education VM is updating to 16232.1004 after the update to 16232.1000

After the update:

Updated the physical machine immediately and silently. I kept hitting the update button repeatedly over about ten minutes until I thought to look at the update history.

Hmm. I keep getting a message saying we are preparing an update for your device but it is not quite ready yet. We'll keep trying. I've reported it in the hub.

As far as I know updates for XAML like this Advertising Software Development Kit (SDK) should only be needed if you have Visual Studio installed, but that's quite a weak theory as I have full Visual Studio 2017 installed yet that update has already failed three times.

Still not getting .1004 update.
