I just got a notification about that, I guess I will load it up and try it.

My winver say 16232.1004 no restart even required.

Theory.....MS says this is for testing "servicing". Dona's note this morning stated they were looking into "blocking issues", in English meaning "won't install". IMHO, this was a Dummy Warhead to test the build Init/DL/Install cycle. All they did was fudged up a new hash for Notepad.exe......just gave it something to do.

UPDATE 7/6: Today we have released Cumulative Update Build 16232.1004 to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring running Build 16232. The primary goal of this update is to test our servicing pipeline. This update should not require you to have to reboot unless you happen to have Notepad.exe open. This update only revs the version of the OS and includes a updated binary version of Notepad.exe and nothing else. It does introduce the following issues to be aware of:

• Make sure you’ve setup Mixed Reality before taking this update.
• After installing a language pack or feature-on-demand like .NET 3.5, your PC may be offered this update again and fail.

This update will only remain available until the next WIP Fast build is released.

I have major problems with this build and they waste my time with Mixed Reality--Beam me up.
