Funny you mention that as I was using SFC and DISM to try to get my audio issue sorted out. I had no issues at all with SFC and the first two levels of DISM worked fine but restore health always froze at 88.5% or so. I forget the error code.

Are you people still having issues with SFC and DISM with build 16232?
I reverted my system back to the original Windows 10 Professional, confirmed SFC and DISM were working. Then, I triggered the Insider Preview download. After I got the restart prompt, I used Kari's tool to generate an ISO. I did an in place upgrade, making the system retain nothing.
I've done this twice. Both times, SFC claims unfixable corrupt files. DISM checkhealth errors out at 89.2% with error 0x8024022.
If others are finding both are still broken in the latest builds, I'd like not to spend additional effort trying to resolve it. I'm aware others have tried registry deletions, but I don't want to risk the system any further.
Welcome to the forum, Tachycore!
I do have both issues you mentioned and found no solutions yet.

My bad. I meant DISM restorehealth.
Yeah, I saw many have complained both SFC and DISM have been broken in the Previews for some time.
Just wanted to confirm that this was still the case.

well, there is a problem with sleep alright. Even when I put computer to sleep it wakes up, sometime immediately, sometime in 30 to 40 minutes.
Mine wakes up without issue but then restarts and causes problems. I am back on The CU now and I have to get some sleep, my back is killing me. I may do a clean install tomorrow and see what happens.

Magilla and Edwin
Thank you for the confirmation that I am not losing ALL my parts. Someone posted earlier to this quandary that they believed WMP was being fazed out. I guess that could be true but you'd think there would be a little more buzz about it. Edwin, can't thank you enough for the extra effort!
Thanks once again to all that responded and again my apologies for posting in the wrong forum.
I appreciate your patience.
No probs! :)
Edwin
I believe the issue started in 16215
Yeah, I think it may be something as simple as a CLSID missing, finding the missing CLSID is not so simple!!!

BTW,
the rapid double right click thing still works for most apps and win32 programs in the Start Menu.
Doesn't work for jump lists with 'recents' in it though, eg. browser shortcuts.
If you're after right click options in Start Menu shortcuts, but may not want to wait for some extensive jump lists to load, double right click the shortcut rapidly.

This build requires a hard reset to wake up after being put into suspend mode (in Windows 10 at least). Very annoying. Reported in the Feedback Hub for what that's worth. Next build please Just kidding. There is no canary build in buildfeed. Unlikely to get one this week. I believe that what Dora implied.

I installed 232 just temporarily because I had to revert to old FX system but I did sign up with my MS account . Still I'm only "windows User".

In Josey's case he has changed registered owner and organisation manually in registry, see Edwin's earlier post for instructions.
If you customize your install image with Sysprep, you can set those in answer file's Shell-Setup >OEM component, see highlighted lines:
