Thanks for that. Looks like they do then. I guess we'll just have to get as many users through your UUP to ISO method so they can update.
And as TC and others mentioned, also offer ISOs via PMs to those that can't get through that method due to malfunction of the download process.
Again as you mentioned, I only have American English version. I should try to obtain a multi-language edition. I have single language Home edition, so not sure if my license allows it.
I installed this from a authentic ISO , I put it to sleep and it wakes up by restarting and causing all kinds of issues. I have reported this at least 8 times. My CU is set the same way and it goes to sleep and wakes up. I just cannot stay with this build.
Maybe the next one. I cannot find a solution anywhere.
Are you people still having issues with SFC and DISM with build 16232?
I reverted my system back to the original Windows 10 Professional, confirmed SFC and DISM were working. Then, I triggered the Insider Preview download. After I got the restart prompt, I used Kari's tool to generate an ISO. I did an in place upgrade, making the system retain nothing.
I've done this twice. Both times, SFC claims unfixable corrupt files. DISM restorehealth errors out at 89.2% with error 0x8024022.
If others are finding both are still broken in the latest builds, I'd like not to spend additional effort trying to resolve it. I'm aware others have tried registry deletions, but I don't want to risk the system any further.

Thank you for the confirmation that I am not losing ALL my parts. Someone posted earlier to this quandary that they believed WMP was being fazed out. I guess that could be true but you'd think there would be a little more buzz about it. Edwin, can't thank you enough for the extra effort!
Thanks once again to all that responded and again my apologies for posting in the wrong forum.
I appreciate your patience.
Edwin
I believe the issue started in 16215
