US Independence Day (The Fourth of July) is on Tuesday this year, and many are making a 4-day weekend of it. For me it will be a 5-day weekend - I always celebrate from June 30 (my birthday) to July 4 (my country's birthday). If I really want to stretch it out, I can always throw in the Summer Solstice ;-)

I get what you get with Notepad and Registry Editor - no expiration date - BUT - I get "Windows User", not "Owner" under "licensed to"
This seems to be true with the Education and Enterprise installs as well.
    Change Registered 'Owner'

Good news! Everybody's 232's should be finished installing by then. :)
    Too funny!

After fiddling around basically all day with various errors and just working through them, I finally got all downloaded and prepared for installation, and got the Restart button. I just now finished making an iso. I'm gonna hold off an actual restart/install until later when I'm done for the day.

I just came off a long hiatus, so I'm upgrading from stock CU to 16232. (I decided I needed a break after being an Insider since October 2014.) Anyway, we'll see how it works. At least I have an ISO (thanks for your efforts, Kari!).

Mine got stuck at 97% but I left it running overnight, and it eventually installed.[/QUOTE]

I think that many people get into difficulties by failing to wait out the install process

Minutes do seem to drag into hours. Your mind tells you it's too long. Understandable when clean install takes 15-20 minutes, and an update to it takes hours. But, the process, as is, has to first figure out everything it doesn't need to do before it decides to do what it needs to. Ain't computers fun! :)

I always launch the actual restart/install at bedtime - it's like an instant update... subjectively.

232 took 2:10 for me. Looking at C: properties after I did a disk clean up ~BT folder, Windows.old and Windows.old (1) remained. In the previous 2 builds, I uninstalled MWB, this time I let MWB Pro stay. So far so good

Think I;ve found a bug when trying to remove Recycle Bin from the taskbar using Settings->Personalization->Theme->Desktop Icons. Don't know how to get around this. They are continuing to remove functionality from the Control Panel to Settings and I;m NOT a fan.Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 16232 PC + 15228 Mobile-desktop-icon-bug.png Solved by install Winaero Personalization Panel for Windows 10 - thus confirming a BUG

also it tries to check what personal tweaks people have made so that it can reproduce them..
    - the iso. type install just rockets in with all the basics and default stuff - tweaking follows..
