Finally got 16232 installed. The first install (initiated automatically when laptop was idle) failed. Retry went all the way through, but took 4 hours - consistent with the lengthy install periods others have documented (usually takes me an hour - hour and a half, even on a slow i3 Intel CPU).

So far things look pretty good. I noticed that the Maps tile, which I pinned to Start and resized to Small, lost its graphic and became just a blank blue square. Other than that, no complaints so far.

Does this have anything to do with the fact that build 16232 has no watermark??

I am guessing clean installs don't have watermarks until it gets an update?

Yeah. The watermark just appeared. I was delayed for some reason. Other than that this build is excellent. For the last few builds including this one the internet time sync was perfect as soon as I looked at it after initial boot.

Try this. Set the zone yourself and un-click auto.

It returns right where it was, 1 hour wrong. I have to set it +2 manually.

Check in > Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Set time and date. Are you set to Inet time on that tab?

Location may have influence as well. You may want to check that.
