Some of the apps have weird names beginning ms- may be one of them.

Nope, nothing under the Ms either. I checked under all of them, and Windows Accessories, Administrative Tools, and the rest of the Ws, and still nothing.

I'm guessing you still have yours?

Powershell (admin):

Get-AppxPackage *bingweather* | Remove-AppxPackage

See if you can install it again thru Store.

I'm downloading and installing "The Weather Channel", TC. I've found that Microsoft's Weather app isn't all that accurate for me. If any of 'em are.
