I'm not sure, but I may be in trouble. Every time I've seen WDefender along with the Build download, it's meant trouble.

    So, we'll see . . .
Same, but the upgrade was flawless like my wife's skin... :)

Thanks, Robot. Maybe I'll be OK. It says it's installing at 17% right now, so maybe . . .

Prox64 install failed twice using WU - got to 77% and stalled. I rebooted, used the .iso and all went well. I would agree with Kari's suggestion to wait until the RESTART button appears before making an .iso - I may have lucked out - and I love messing things up too.

EDU x64 install stalled at 77 percent now too - good grief

ETA - just because u can do something does not mean u should do it -

Let it sit there - mine took about 25 minutes at 77%. Go find something else to look at.

I called it about an hour or so ago. Will boot into Buid 16226 on my physical machine and try to install it - or at least be able to create the ISO.

It changes build to build. Search of EXT:ESD always gets the right one.

Nice and smooth! 1 hour from Check for Updates to Restart. 20 minutes to Configure, Update and get to Desktop!
None of those scary "might happens" in the release notes. Did not roll back, and Taskmanager did not hang. Smooth!

Remember to get rid of the Hiberfil.sys and disable Superfetch if that pertains to you.....SSD users.

Powercfg /h off for hiberfil.sys (also will disable Fast Startup). Services and disable for Superfetch.
