Do it with an ISO, it's much, much quicker. Just in case you didn't know......Attachment 141653

I followed the link - as close as I can tell they are the same as links posted by WZOR/adguard on twitter - not 100% sure.
Regardless, they are NOT official MS .isos.

That upgrade took an age, stuck on 77% for ages, puzzled why it appears to take so long. My perception is the more you install on the HDD the longer the upgrade, which is probably an obvious statement but the time taken is now quite perceptible

Logged on this morning to find that 16232 had already installed on my previous problem child, the Dell Venue Pro 11 7139. Preparing to install on the desktop right now, so expecting no issues. WUMT says I don't need any drivers for this latest upgrade, and RAPR.exe shows no duplicate drivers, a big improvement over the two previous builds, each of which subsequently needed at least 4 drivers (mostly Intel chipset stuff, now apparently fixed). Disk Cleanup says the Dell needs 24.5 GB to go, about 1 GB higher than on the last build. PatchCleaner now shows two orphaned files: one for Adobe Acrobat (MS version for IE/Edge, I presume) and another for Macrium Reflect (latest upgrade file supplanted previous version).
I like the new download/install progress or status info that WU supplies in this build:

It's better to have WU reporting as it marches through the install routine, so you can tell when you're truly stuck.
FWIW, install seems a bit slower on this build than it did for 16226 on the Desktop PC.

Just for reference for those having some difficulty getting the update.

I never had issue updating from 16199 - 16215 - 16226 & 16232 (finished the updates in about an hour) probably because my installation isn't polluted too much with 3rd party apps. I only have MiniTool Partition Wizard, Macrium Reflect, Google Chrome and a few other light apps like Audacity, Kari's ISO maker and Djeuced 40 music app installed on my PC.
I am using the Insider OS mainly to see what's new and how it behaves every update. If I want to test and install something, I make sure I have an image backup in case I break anything.
So, if any of you are having problems with the upgrade, don't blame your hardware or internet connection. Check to see if any of your installed program may be causing a problem. But if you have a fairly clean system like mine and still having issues, then maybe you can start looking at hardware/driver problems.
