    We have released KB4034450 (build 15063.448) via Windows Update to Windows Insiders in the Slow ring which supersedes KB4022716 and includes a single fix for an issue causing some laptops to boot to a black screen.

    Mine installed as well but I had to use the Commend Window, the Reg tweak did not work.

    Yes but my file association was to WinRar.. I change it to explorer and will test it now. I saw this in the other old thread.

    It works as designed now.! Thanks Shawn for all the great things you do:)
