Odd order of release - usually it appears in Windows Update first, the Catalog next, and as a KB article (quite) some time later. That procedure has been completely reversed this time.

I was watching the Catalog last night and all bar the 1703 version were up there from the beginning, though none were available through windows update (I checked for updates with 1703, 1607 and 1511) . The 1703 one was late to appear in the Catalog, not appearing until this morning. At which time all versions seemed to get the go-ahead to be delivered by windows update.

Got it now through windows update, no apparent problems. But as I said, not the typical Microsoft way to go about things....

Update: Currently only the KB article for 1703 includes the text "This update will be downloaded and installed automatically from Windows Update". In 1607 and 1511 windows update is not finding or delivering their related cumulative updates, for them it's only available from the Catalog.

Update this morning in the office to .447. First time failed and I reran the update and it completed in about 5 minutes. I also ran Disk Cleanup which removed bout 4+ Gbs. All else went fine. Now on to my other 4 office systems.

    WEK

EDIT: I installed the other 4 systems in the office with little or no headaches. All went well.

I'm on same version, but Windows update current status says "up to date".
On 2nd attempt, it's now downloading.

    Hi all!

I got completely lost. Just before ending my work day and shutting down systems I was treated on a totally unexpected Win 10 update. The thing is I am - for obvious reasons - in the 'current business branch'. Can anyone tell me what I just got pushed through? I am NOT an insider and I do NOT want to be one. Checked my settings once again and for sure is still says Current business Branch. What kind of mess is going on here? Is this update a stable release or is it meant for inside previews? If so, how did it get on my works system?

It's a stable release that was also released to the Insider Release Preview and Slow rings.
