Slow ring is still on 15063, back when the creators update was pushed out.

But for whatever reason Microsoft decided to push out the update to the Slow ring only. Not the Release Preview ring or Current Branch.

Back in the 1607 days they used to push out updates like this to the Release Preview ring.
15086 users get it, 14393 users get it 15063 users in the slow ring get it but the release ring does not?? Shawn said it was released to both so MS must have messed up.

Maybe they are really worried this update will break stuff.
Thank you! That's the point I've been trying to fumble with and get out. The Release Preview Ring somehow got left out of this musical chairs, and Slow became Hybrid RTM or something. If we, normal regular everyday 15063 public build persons, are suppose to be getting this also, as Shawn stated........where is it?

    I am somewhat confused also...

We wrote earlier today about a round of cumulative updates that were being released to users donning the Windows 10 Creators Update and boy was the list of addresses rather long.Cumulative Update build 15063.447 or also known as KB4022716 brought fixes for everything from camera and memory issues on mobile devices to NVIDIA drivers that have recently stopped working on PCs.
However, it seems that today’s Cumulative Update to users with the Windows 10 Creators Update was only half the story.
Later in the day, the Windows team rolled out a lesser touted Cumulative Update to Windows 10 users on the Slow Ring of the Insider program. While the update for Slow Ring users seems no different than the one hitting other devices, KB4022716 brings a new testing bed for staggering and targeting updating devices.
