Part of this confusion is we seem to have two new threads that talk about the same KB under different conditions and purposes. It can't be Stable build and Insider Slow at the same time. The only build with 15063 in it that is close to Insider is the Release Preview Ring, which has had no updates at all since CU was released.

This one here: Cumulative Update KB4022716 Windows 10 v1703 Build 15063.447 - Windows 10 Forums

why would the slow ring users of the same build get it and not the released users. If that is still the build they are on. I read what you posted it is the same tweet that I did.

I also have been an insider since the 2nd build and I never got a CU that I could remember.

That makes no sense. Any Slow ring build would have to be 16xxx, not 15063 anything! Only, only, the Release Preview Ring is 15063. And the words "Release Preview Ring" are not mentioned in any MS/Dona/Official blog/tweet/post anywhere. I do not understand what they are trying to say..................

I think maybe Dona meant the release preview ring which she just was not clear enough about in her posting and the author which made the headline posted above maybe confused slow ring with release preview ring. All in all its quite fishy.

    No confusion.

It's released to both version 1703 (current branch) and Insider Slow.

Then why are not non -insiders getting it Shawn? Also why is the slow ring so far behind the fast ring. I thought they would be closer.

Got me, but it is for both.

    Insider builds aren't posted below.

Badrobot got a 15063 on a Slow Ring. Guess the numbering system doesn't quite hold true anymore.

Slow ring is still on 15063, back when the creators update was pushed out.

But for whatever reason Microsoft decided to push out the update to the Slow ring only. Not the Release Preview ring or Current Branch.

Back in the 1607 days they used to push out updates like this to the Release Preview ring.

Maybe they are really worried this update will break stuff.
