even non ms sites that had the download, their link is dead. MS either pulled it or it may come later, very few of the fixes are anything that affects the average user unless you use Edge and some of the apps.

BTW-I would NOT download this from a non MS site.

Something is wacky. The only "Insider" build that has 15063 in it's name is the Release Preview Ring. I just checked mine and nothing. There is no SLOW Ring 15063 anything.

Dona Sarkar means that this update is for the main stable branch and will also be released to the Insiders slow ring branch to get Insiders in the slow ring on a certain base for future Insider updates which increments critical tests to ensure the stability and proper function of the new framework. As well as "Josey Wales" says: To keep up to date with the latest Windows 10 Update fixes.

Sorry, I have to disagree. This is a quote from Dona:

If you are in the Slow ring, we’ve released KB4022716 to keep you up to date with the latest Windows 10 Creators Update fixes as we prepare to release a new Windows 10 Fall Creators Update build in the coming weeks. As a result of receiving this update, your PC will be required to reboot to complete the update.
