Interesting that for the past 2 months, I can only get these non-patch-day updates by manually checking for updates.

How often should we manually check for updates? Once a week...daily?

Update picked up and installed without trouble this morning. Odd that it wasn't showing yesterday.

Got it on three laptops via WU (413>447), but still not my (newest) ThinkPad Yoga - not showing up in WU, even after a restart.
Should I just download and install from catalog?

I would sure hope so... Any reason why you think they wouldn't be working?

This update seems to be causing issues with Comodo Firewall. Login is slower & event viewer is full of the builtin apps crashing in Comodo's guard64.dll. Only thing that solved it for me was removing KB4022716

Post #103 to my post #111 that puzzled you started life as a separate thread, but the mods have now merged it with this one. It made perfect sense as part of that separate conversation, but looks a little out of context now it's part of this thread.

I think you may be right. Firefox crashing after this update. Have also uninstalled it.

But now how to keep it from updating again. This is an old notebook with Win 10 Home, not Pro.

Edit: Will try this: KB4022716 update crashes firefox , Comodo Dragon Internet (Chromodo) - Bug Reports - CIS.

    In Settings/System/Notification and actions

A bunch of senders that were off have been turned "on". Some state off on left but are on on the right.

Added: they are mysteriously turning themselves on and off. I left it as is and came back and some were back to off and others were on. Now went to check on privacy (all seems okay) and went back and everything is set to on. Wacky stuff.

Added #2 - So i set them back to how i like, came back and everything was back on. Also, IE is acting strange - links are not behaving normally. I may toss this update.

Yeah at least for me the system notification and actions is hosed. It is not holding settings and changing them as it wishes.

Okay I uninstalled update and now Settings/System/Notification and actions is behaving normally. Settings are the way they were set and they are not changing as they wish to. I think the IE issue was just a website I had checked and it may have been okay. It is working fine now in any case. I used the show/hide tool to block update for now (hoping that works).
