Yes, I agree with you. They should fix the update function for all updates, not just new builds. It is ridiculous the amount of times my system has been broken by regular updates. But instead they continue to screw around with Edge, and the People apps, that almost nobody will use. It blows my mind.

It's always been a problem. I don't know what the innards of the update function are but WU has always been problematic - especially compared to other OSs

May need to get the free trial in order to use the really deep clean uninstaller options. Won't cost you a penny.

Tried Revo .. it is my uninstaller of choice. It actually uses AI Suite's uninstall process before going through registry etc. It stalls at AI Suite's uninstaller and will not uninstall it as the uninstaller basically locks up.
