Cortana is becoming pretty sophisticated with Services, Skills and interaction with many apps...
Yes, more like the Windows phone.

I haven't yet tried Cortana. It doesn't interest me much but I'll give it shot - once I boot into Windows that is. I had to re-install Siduction because a hard disk connector I use to store Linux VMs got disconnected and the drive was in fstab. No problem with that re-install. Siduction is basically Debian 9 (Stretch) but it run Linux kernel 4.11 wonderfully and I have my VMware WS and Virtualbox VMs back.
Plenty of Windows 10 build 16215 to update.
I don't care for it either but is did not work at all on mine. Was wondering if it is just me.

16226 seems to work ok except I cannot get the emoji panel to work and when I install my Aura software I cannot get Outlook to work and it totally screws up my True Launch Bar. Uninstalling the Aura software fixes Outlook and True Launch Bar but I have no control over my lighting for motherboard and Trident Z RGB ram. Everything worked in harmony with previous build (1699) so I do not know why it won't with this one.

I don't remember where I saw the post in here, but someone said "WIN KEY + ." (WIN + a period) did something to get the emojis. I really don't know.

Yes "WinKey + ." is supposed to bring up the panel but for me it does not.

WinKey + "." works on my machine, but once it is up, can't move it out of the way. 😜

I keep getting these annoying GSOD's with this build for some reason.

If i leave the computer alone, with no apps running (just idling at the desktop)
the computer will suddenly get a GSOD with the following Stop code:
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (with the file: file_protector.sys being the culprit).

(this GSOD happens so frequent, that the computer won't stay on for longer than tops 10 minutes,
    before it crashes).

And then, i if try to open Spotify (the new Store app, not the regular desktop app)
it will also, throw a GSOD (upon launch) with the following Stop code:
    UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_TRAP

I can of course, just avoid using the new Spotify app... but the other GSOD is just annoying.

What in the world is going on with this build? lol.

Wonder why WinKey + "." works for some but not for others? Hopefully someone here can figure it out because I have tried everything including re-installing the update

I know. There is nothing in this build I need or even want.
Then why are you on Insider Programme really? Not all builds add new features. Some just add internal restructuring for example. Still need to be tested.
