Dencal, in all honesty I do not get your point? I mean, even in your screenshot the white line is visible.
Your quote "it really bothers me"....and jokingly suggested perhaps drink had something to do with it....and that the white line is not a figment of your imagination.:)

Not positive if the .NET issue is stopping you from getting the Emoji's, but I did fix my .NET earlier today.
Installed .NET 3.5 - all good 👍🍰🤷 - you nailed this one FisherMann

I'm not sure you have paying complete attention to what people are posting here. The quality of these builds has definitely gone down, imho, during the 16xxxx series of releases. Certainly some of my problems are self-inflicted, I'm not sure that anybody that does beta testing has made such errors.

As you know there is no such thing as a foolproof system. But errors like the WSL Linux Storefront are really amateur, imho. If you produce an error message which is essentially a link to a URL and then, apparently, don't check out the link, well most kindly I suppose you can chalk it up to lack of communication between development teams.
I do not know how many times I have to repeat it.....not once have I failed to upgrade first time.
Faults have been found once installed and have been posted in feedback.
Your suggestion "not paying complete attention to what people are posting here" is nonsense.

That line may have something to do with page loading,
when I open a pdf in Edge, it shows somewhat of a 'loading' line, momentarily.

I remember that one. Probably the longest, most heated thread on 8F.
Was there a "Fix" for 8 / 8.1 that would help us in Win 10 ??

Does anyone know what is causing this error ?? I ran sfc /scannow many times and each time NO errors found.
I get this every time I run Macrium Reflect 7 Backup

Those members who can't reinstall .NET Framework 3.5 even in Safe Mode (failed for me, tried all possible fixes), you can reinstall it by mounting 16226 ISO image, opening an elevated Command Prompt and entering the following command:

    Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /All /Source:W:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess

(Replace drive ID W: with the actual ID of mounted W10 ISO.)

If you did not make 16226 ISO you can use any other W10 ISO, all Windows builds have .NET 3.5 install files in \Sources\SXS folder.

File History seems to be fixed, (for now), (sorry if this was mentioned before)
