    Hi @f14tomcat,

Roy, went right thru. No problems.

That .cab after 16225 call baseline-neutral or something might be bringing it up to 16226. Don't know.

This almost reminds me of Windows 8 and 8.1--problems with monitor and sleep were numerous
I remember that one. Probably the longest, most heated thread on 8F.

I wanted to try the new emojis however I cannot open the panel. Win + . or Win + , does nothing. Is there something I am missing in order to bring up the emoji panel?

Sleep is fine here. But I certainly remember the 8.1 sleep drama as my comp was one of those that wouldn't sleep!

Whatever you're missing, I'm missing too - I get nothing.

    Win + . Windows-and-period 🛴 ✌ 🙀

Not positive if the .NET issue is stopping you from getting the Emoji's, but I did fix my .NET earlier today.

First I want to say that 16226 is an excellent insider build. This might be the best one I have ever tested. Every thing I have tested has worked flawlessly. No hiccups at all. Second, I want to thank badrobot for the iso. Next I want to make a few things clear, in the case that some people are missing a few steps.
First, before you update, you have to go to start menu and type in "windows features". Then uncheck the .net 3.5 box. Restart. Then turn off your av and any other malware detector you might have on your system. Then mount the iso, and run it as an admin, or proceed with the update process through windows update. These are the steps I took, and it loaded perfectly smooth in about 25 min's. Now it is running silky smooth and very fast. This might not work for everyone, but it should help some of you who are still having problems. Good luck.

You need US Keyboard to use emojis panel but again 24c also missing that function
