I did that a few times, posting the folder name in UUPtoISO tutorial thread (see this post for instance).
I stopped doing it for two reasons: first, my hardware is such old and slow that when I finally find out the folder name, it is already old news, and second because I only did x64 versions having no idea of x86 folder name.
I only recently got a W10 tablet which runs x86, that's why I could provide the folder name this time.
I repeat that all editions (Home, Pro, Education and Enterprise) have / use same folder; it's always the same folder for all x64 editions, and another folder for all x86 editions.
It's so easy to do it shouldn't problematic for anyone...
1) right-click start button
2) select "Run"
3) Type msconfig in the box and run it
4) msconfig opens the "System Configuration" box
5) click on the "Boot" tab
6) look for "Boot options" in the lower left
7) put a check in the "Safe boot" checkbox & select the "network" button
8) click "OK"
9) reboot when prompted to do so and you will boot into safe mode with an Internet connection
When booted into safe mode, do everything you did earlier to install .net 3.5 again--this time it will complete successfully
When you've installed .net 3.5, repeat the above 9 simple steps with one exception--click in the safe boot checkbox again to *clear it*--when you reboot you will boot back into normal mode
Safe mode is a mode of operation specifically designed for troubleshooting as when you enter safe mode only a very few rudimentary device drivers are loaded. And we can see that in normal Windows 10 operating mode some device driver somewhere is prohibiting the re-installation of .net 3.5--which is why it works fine in safe mode but fails in normal mode.
Had lots of problems to update from 16215. After 4 hours of finding the new build a "Download" button appeared on Settings and after clicking it fell in to a loop of Downloading...Installing...Downloading...
Running the Windows Update Troubleshoot detected a damaged database and after that it updated to 16266 without problem.

@martyfelker
Did you do the search in DOWNLOAD for ext:esd ? That should have given you an esd file listed. Right click it, and open it's location. That is the directory you want for UUPtoISO.
It's all in Kari's tut.

He's saying that it's in the folder as specified in the tut. Which is true. It's on a folder with a different name.
