Have you had trouble before? Were you unable to download 16215? You may need to reset your windows update and @Brink has a tutorial that shows you how to do that. It may also be that the servers are getting bogged down with lots of download traffic. So maybe you want to wait an hour or two and try again.

I had this problem before. Could you link to the @Brink tutorial?

my pc has stuck with the previous version of windows insider 16215 and doesn't download the new version what can i do? it keeps downloading 16215

even when I try to restart, the same error.
