Yeah, I've posted this several times already. but you should not use the iso from this 16226 build. I used the iso from 16193. I mounted it to my E drive, and just replaced the "F" in my example below to "E". It works perfectly fine IF you disable all antivirus and malware apps first. Also, I noticed that yours is missing the ending I used for my process: install-net35-dism I don't know if it matters, but on two other boards, everyone who used the full line had success. So I guess it's worth a try for those who tried and it didn't work, to try my full line. Hope it helps.

It was Malwarebytes Full (PAID)
Gotta "fix" Malwarebytes !!

Or maybe try disabling realtime protections. Just use as scanner.

Have this problem around a year ago. Clean install with (pre-almost) release build solve it. Nothing else helped.

I am ready to give up the ghost on this one. I consistently get the circle after the 30% restart. If I force restart it will reboot to 30%, go to 33% and then reverts to the old build.
I have removed framework 3.5 and installed from an iso disk.
Did a scratch install to a clean ssd drive and it went without a hitch.
That's enough for me.

As for the sleep problem
dont use sleep/hybrid sleep/hibernation- all setting in power management, custom high performance, have been removed. including fast boot
BUT it still shows in the shutdown menu - to me that implies a build problem.
