I am getting another update 2017-06 Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4023834). along with 2017-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4022715). Can anyone explain what KB4023834 contains???
Most of the Google results on KB4023834 seem to be in German but apparently it's a Servicing Stack Update.
Meanwhile my KB4022715 gets stuck at "Preparing to install updates 5%" and then fails with
"There were some problems installing updates, but we’ll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x800705b4)"
and shows a Retry button, which I've tried several times
It was an offered update, not an update forced by me.
I've restarted the PC 3 times with the same result.
I clearly need to search for (0x800705b4) or download KB4022715 and apply manually when I have time but if anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears!

I have exactly the same problem, running Windows 10 build 1607. There seems to be no manual update option in Windows 10.
Edit: KB4022715 is the first of four updates, and this failure is consistently preventing the other three updates from downloading: KB4022730, KB890830, and KB3186568.
I found this post and tried the manual update from the Realtek site. My system has now updated correctly:

UPDATE on Updates!
Having left the errant PC powered down all night, I tried again today, "Checked for Updates" and KB4022715 installed correctly as did the latest Windows Defender update.
Now at version 14393.1358 which is correct
Now when I Check for Updates, I'm informed that "Device is up to date"
It transpired that KB4023834 had actually installed correctly yesterday, it was only KB4022715 that failed 5 times yesterday and installed correctly today. I have no idea why this should be but hopefully Andy Kay, you will get the same outcome.

I did not succeed to clear it using dcomcnfg.exeCode:The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {9E175B6D-F52A-11D8-B9A5-505054503030} and APPID {9E175B9C-F52A-11D8-B9A5-505054503030} to the user ***\*** SID (S-1-5-21****-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
Good grief, big update. Instead of doing this, why not just give us 1703? This is what I got this morning, appears to be working but is slow. Seems to be getting better with each restart.
I agree, why is 1703 taking so long to roll out? I know some will point to manual installation methods but it should really of come down through windows update by now. It was released over two months ago! That being said we have two machines, one of which is running 1703 & there are some frustrating bugs in it. It feels like a step backwards from this build.
