No, you only need the one that is appropriate for the version of Windows you have on your system.

KB4022725 is the June 13 cumulative update for the Creators Update (1703):

KB4022715 has the same security and bug-fix updates, but is for the Anniversary Update (1607):
Cumulative Update KB4022715 Windows 10 v1607 Build 14393.1358

Installed Version 1703 OS build 15063.413 . Took a while, but all installed without a hitch.
Thought it was my imagination, but my system does seem faster.

update done with "Windows 10 Version 1703 ISO media refresh June 2017" (via setup.exe)
working well
