Speaking about new builds, does anybody think there may be a new one today ? I have run all malware and system checks but not disk cleanup and MR backup which I keep for last moment.
Also another question: I have to RMA my motherboard soon and have to switch to my old one for a week or more. That one I deleted as a Device but don't want to go thru the hoops to reactivate it again for just such short time. I was thinking to run it un-activated during that time but still want to use same credentials.

Yes. I run several not activated Hyper-V virtual machines, all receive both updates and Insider build upgrades.

Is that because they are somehow seen "activated" thru the Host?
