Can't use Alt Codes to rename stuff in this Build!?!?!?

I had to go over to 14393, 'reach in' to 16215 to rename these shortcuts with a bullet prefix, (cuz I despise that lame, un-customizable Start Menu!)

I have officially gave up on this damn ass build. It's irritating trying to install/fix something without any clues to what is broken.

After several attempts both with the updater and ISO on USB... This is the nonsense I'm dealing with now. I'm done!
