Yup, he is. But the desktop would have to be on all the time to provide the connection, of course.

OK, but I think it would be the Lappy that'd have to be on all the time, since the Desktop would be getting its Internet feed from Lappy?

I gonna check that one out too!

After having so much problem with 16215 missing People app and having problem with 'font jump' of previously created sticky notes, and having issues with Outlook mail not picking up Gmail account consistently, I decided I would create an uuptoiso following Kari's directions. I installed the new iso on my newest system and now I am missing sticky notes all together, and still don't have People app. So far, Gmail has been consistently found. So much for trying to get my apps back 'in a row' so to speak.
