The WiFi issue affects 5y-old HP Compaq CQ57 Ralink RT5390 adapter on 16215 x86 - although it is reported as "Windows cannot initialise the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)" in Device manager. Worked OK on 16199.

Feedback hub will not work on this build, when connected to internet via wired ethernet.
Hmm. Never had a problem with it myself. Perhaps you need to put on your taco hat.

No way to go wired in this house, Walt. We're completely wireless and here I sit with one router and a cable modem/router combo that I cannot use.

I'm rolled back to 16199, so I'll just have to wait until the issue gets fixed.
@Wynona, I'm using universal Wifi adapter for my AV/Hifi / TV devices. It is OS independed - Wifi connected to your router or access point and provide ethernet connections for your devices. These thing are very cheap and I can only recommend them. ASUS, Netgear and TP-link are good. You can also use almost any router and set it in (media) bridge mode.

I copied ms-people.lnk to that place Edvin said and than pinned to start menu as a tile.
I don't have a link in the location Edwin's attachment shows. On my apps list in the system folder it shows people is present. It is present only on the task bar that is coupled with mail and skype. But there is no single icon for people app that is a free link. Also, I am having problems with my sticky notes program. When I type new notes, the font disappears and you cannot view what you are typing until you have finished and scroll down on the note again. I am missing many items on start menu, but these two I use a lot. Have you checked out these, Count?

Did you search for file ms-people.lnk ? That's the one I used. Also People on the taskbar works first time for me. Sticky notes works ok.

Things like this are inexpensive and worth having as backup: Mini Wireless 150Mbps USB Adapter WiFi 802.11n/g 150M Network Lan Card | eBay
I have also this one: Mini 150Mbps USB WiFi Wireless Adapter Dongle LAN Card 802.11n/g/b w/Antenna

FYI, I've been having issues connecting to local Client Hyper-V VM's in 16215. Also unable to connect to another local computer using Remote Desktop. might be related.

I tried turning off Enhanced Sessions as well, to try and take Remote Desktop out of the equation, but that didn't change anything. I eventually restored 16199 and everything works again.

I found a couple of other reports of this in Feedback Hub, so it's not just me.

Wynona, I am trying to picture how you get your Internet. Can you please elaborate on your setup?

I see Wyn is offline. I'll let her speak for herself, but I think she picks up WiFi from her daughter's house next door. If that's true, I think a WiFi booster/repeater/extender might be the solution. Either that, or bury a cable from house to house.

Count, those are USB adapters and therefore OS dependent. I was referring to Wifi to Ethernet adapters or media bridges (almost any wireless extender, router or access point can be set in this mode).

@count - I did a search for ms-people.lnk and found nothing except what is in the windows.old folder.
