What are the error messages telling?
Just "Can't connect to the Virtual Machine". Very generic error. The weird part is that one VM worked just fine, all others did not. Creating a new VM also could not connect. It wouldn't even show the "BIOS" Hyper-V screen.
Nothing I could find in the event viewer in terms of errors related to Hyper-V either.
The VM appeared to start, and run.. but no way to connect to it. The VM's were running a mixture of Insider and non-insider Windows 10 builds.

I've tried four times and this build will not install. I'm trying the ISO to see if that works.

Count, those are USB adapters and therefore OS dependent. I was referring to Wifi to Ethernet adapters or media bridges (almost any wireless extender, router or access point can be set in this mode).
Maybe OS dependent but they work and have mostly P&P drivers and no update managed to screw them up. The one with antenna picks routers from afar.

count - I did a search for ms-people.lnk and found nothing except what is in the windows.old folder.
And my FE query found nothing at all.

I had similar issue with an earlier build. Stopping the service, then restarting it fixed it. Worth to try at least:

What do you mean by OS dependent? You mean they require a driver or something?

Didn't you guys already use this program: voidtools finds any file in a second even between my 4 TB in HDDs.

Yes. Wifi to USB adapter requires drivers for wifi to be installed. Connection via Ethernet is usually far more stable (of course, Ethernet adapter also requires drivers, but these are far more stable - at least in my experience)

Of course it is but if there's no possibility of wired connection than WiFi is needed. In this instance problem is proprietary drivers for that computer which MS keeps replacing with wrong ones. Those USB based adapters use very generic drivers that are not replaced by wrong ones. One of those should always be kept in reserve, being so inexpensive.

Think now we're understanding each other (slowly :)). I'm using this one for all of my living room stuff tp-link.com/lk/products/details/TL-WA890EA it was dirt cheap (price of one USB wifi dongle) and provides stable connection for 4 devices.
