......Where, in the Registry, or how in CMD, can I see the FULL version of my build?
In Command Prompt type systeminfo and press Enter,

    In Registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion

Thank you for your reply, Edwin, and pardon me for not expressing myself correctly. :)

I actually meant, how can I see the Image Version of my current build. It seems that running the DISM / CheckHealth command does show it, whereas I was not able to find this Image Version when running the other commands. Systeminfo though is valuable because it gives plenty of info.

Anyway, here is my current Image Version :

Do you guys have a more recent one?

The reason I'm asking this (for the second time) is that still I haven't got that KB3074665 package (update) which, among other things, it is supposed to apply fixes onto 10240 build - based on Win Feedback.

    Thank you.

Go Settings>Update & Security>Windows Update>Check for updates. Repeat, if necessary.

What I'm wondering is, why haven't I still got the KB3074665 update?

Still, after more than 24 hours from the upgrade to 10240 build, and after having received numerous Defender updates, plus the update of this thread, I still haven't got the KB3074665. I don't even know if KB3074665 is "included" inside KB3074667. So, I do not know IF the latest fixes have been applied to my system or not. The only sure thing is that none of the bugs I was having has been fixed. Still the live tile of the Mail app is not functioning properly - I've moved on using Outlook 2016 now- still, no 24h time format or even AM/PM on a 12h format on the Lock Screen, still the "New Notifications" icon on the Taskbar becomes white (indicating new stuff) for no reason, still the blurry text in the majority of Windows components, still apps preventing the PC from shutting down/restarting smoothly (resolved by applying Registry hacks), and...........still MORE time to shutdown than my good 'ol Windows 7 64 Home Premium before the reservation of Win 10. Because after installing the required updates for that, even my Win 7 installation shuts down "differently"/slower. No worries, I'm sure the majority of all this will get fixed soon - especially after a clean install.

By the way, should we expect another major update (bug fixes) before July, 29?
    What do you think?

I really wonder you will ever get the KB3074665 from now, as I stated what my experiences before that some builds upgraded later than others when included. Not to worry.

At this time, there are still many bugs appearing on some machines but not to the others. I would assume there will be at least one new build will be announced before 29th, as predicted by others in Tenforums.

I cannot fully understand the first part of your post, no worries though. And I'm not worried either. :)
I've started using Win 10 much more regularly after the successful installation of 10240. I log into Win 7 less and less. I have installed the majority of the software I use in this Win 10 TP and everything works fine on my system, besides the few bugs I've already referred to - but those do not affect or degrade my OS experience.

In overall, I'm pleased with Win 10 :)

One thing that I have not tried yet is Overclocking. It is summer now where I live and daily temps are between 25 and 30C. Currently I run a mediocre x46 (cache x44) OC profile - tested in 10 with 5 loops of the x264 stressor. Around the end of October though I will start overclocking again! I am quite sure Windows 10 will behave very nicely :)
