"Includes Quality Improvements"? Any user benefits from that you would think. Guess only Microsoft knows why they don't make this available through WU.

Yep the mind boggles as to why MS doesn't release to window update. A lot of what they do or don't do I struggle to understand. It sounds like it's not essential so I won't go chasing it down. I don't really know why they are releasing non security updates to this build when creators update is being rolled out. Seems a tad pointless

1607 is Current Branch for Business. It has been Microsoft's practice in the past to release an update only through the catalog when it is a critical patch, but only needed by a small number of business users - silly to force it on everyone, but essential to make it available ASAP to those who need it.

    The specified fix in KB402360...

There won't be a 1703 release for Server 2016, so it still needs to be patched, as well as the 1607 desktop branch is still supported and will be for quite awhile.

I made a clean install of KB4023680 before enabling Internet and it didn't work. 3 drivers out of 7 were missing. I have problems (persisting issues since build 15025 for more than 100 clean installs) in the Start Menu with 1703, it takes a big 24 hours to get things back to normal (Hidden apps switch no working, always reset).

Not able to uninstalled Facebook, Twitter and all others 9 times out of 10. Sometimes shown in Settings or in Ccleaner, uninstall options disappeared? NUM lock was dead the last time. There is no sound in the installer 9 times out of 10. Not to mention under 1703, noisy HDD and fans: I have to kill 100's of processes to get rid of it.

OpenSuse Tumbleweed KDE and its fat bely Kernel get the highest pitch of noise: PC smells burnt.

    Back to 14393.1198.

Will we get Windows 10 Creator Update after this via Windows Update?
