Devices and subscriptions are managed in one's account at https://account.microsoft.com/, not Outlook.com.

Yes, and since the problem is with my @Outlook.com, it's highly unlikely that could be the problem. However, I checked, and I'm showing only three devices, two of which are the desktop (Insider and CU partitions) along with an obsolete 15" Lappy I no longer own. So, that's out on two counts.

Just an old habit of mine, most of the time I did updates or at least checked for them always manually first thing in the morning. Now I get notifications if any is available.

I received an update for the Feedback Hub application in the MS Store download section two days ago and I still have the app not functioning with an error message and "Try Again" button (doesn't work). This is the first time the Hub app has failed to work in any of my many updates.

Dunno, Marty, unless there are lots of bugs in Build 16199. The only one I've seen so far (and may not actually be one) is that Outlook.com lost its mind when it comes to remembering passwords.
