Mine at at 70% for a good long while, must have been at least 30 minutes.

It does make you wonder. But then you have to realize that this is all still new, and they are upgrading major components in our IP builds for testing so they can have it work a lot smoother for the regular build running folks.

Glitches like this are to be expected - it's a part of the IP build strategy, more commonly known as βeta testing.

OK, culprit is a bug in build 16199 upgrade which apparently although not documented was already present in 16193. I have found a fully functioning workaround, will do a few more test runs first to be absolutely sure then post details & workaround here within an hour.

Everything seems to be hanky-dory with this build, I tried all from changelog that's applicable to me and only People pinned to taskbar is not working, it's there but nothing happens when clicked on.

Also waiting to see if the new build fixes Feedback--it's still down for me. Very odd that she didn't mention it at all.

Think the Feedback is in Known Issues. They just wanted to let us know that they know and to tell us it's kinda maybe busted and they are looking into it. Film at 11........

I have had the same problems in everyone of The NEON or Fall Update builds. I cannot place my PC in sleep mode without it waking up to a BSOD or a restart. I have reported this over and over again so the next time I try this version will be in September.

I was not seeing the update. This setting got somehow changed to Slow from Fast. Once I set it to Fast, the update showed up. Downloading now.


As for slow download speeds for the update (note that "preparing to install updates" means that MS is STILL downloading the update!), make sure this setting is enabled and you use all available sources:
