I did try Alt-1 and it still beeped, hopefully Kari will fix it by next build.
    He is fixing it now.

Must have dozed off -- wasn't expecting build today, in midst of bug smashing.
Lol - I powered on my computer, opened Firefox and Buildfeed said a new build had been posted. So I manually checked for an update and there it was....

My laptop's upgrade has been in "Preparing to install updates 66%" for an hour and half now.

    Attachment 135444
Mine at at 70% for a good long while, must have been at least 30 minutes.

Same, one hour at 79% and 20 minutes at 80% ..What is the point that the size of the downloads is now smaller if this always happens?, I preferred the old download method and not UUP.
It does make you wonder. But then you have to realize that this is all still new, and they are upgrading major components in our IP builds for testing so they can have it work a lot smoother for the regular build running folks.

Glitches like this are to be expected - it's a part of the IP build strategy, more commonly known as βeta testing.

I checked settings as soon as I read this thread and it's got to 79%, I don't want to mess about tonight, so hopefully will complete tomorrow.

I posted this half an hour ago in UUPtoISO tutorial thread:

OK, culprit is a bug in build 16199 upgrade which apparently although not documented was already present in 16193. I have found a fully functioning workaround, will do a few more test runs first to be absolutely sure then post details & workaround here within an hour.
To keep this thread on topic as long as possible please geeks, post UUPtoISO issues and questions in tutorial thread (usually we go off topic first after two days or 100 posts, whichever comes first )

Everything seems to be hanky-dory with this build, I tried all from changelog that's applicable to me and only People pinned to taskbar is not working, it's there but nothing happens when clicked on.

Error code 0x80070003 - it will try again later.
Mine installed without a hitch goes good. Except that Edge still cannot import from Firefox like it says it can.

It's certainly possible... What a lame description to put out...I'm only hoping she doesn't mean "games" in general...!

Also waiting to see if the new build fixes Feedback--it's still down for me. Very odd that she didn't mention it at all.
Think the Feedback is in Known Issues. They just wanted to let us know that they know and to tell us it's kinda maybe busted and they are looking into it. Film at 11........

I have had the same problems in everyone of The NEON or Fall Update builds. I cannot place my PC in sleep mode without it waking up to a BSOD or a restart. I have reported this over and over again so the next time I try this version will be in September.

I was not seeing the update. This setting got somehow changed to Slow from Fast. Once I set it to Fast, the update showed up. Downloading now.

As for slow download speeds for the update (note that "preparing to install updates" means that MS is STILL downloading the update!), make sure this setting is enabled and you use all available sources:
