Yes, I know you're not new to Office or Outlook. I've had Office Pro since W7 days and purchased O365 Pro subscription as well. Anytime I fresh install an OS & O365 and upon opening Outlook for the first time it goes through the registration process in Office, then a new window to register it with my MS account also. I have and sign into my OSs with an MS account.
Very strange, to say the least, as far as my experience goes. Sigh . . .
I've had Office since before Office XP and only decided to go with O365 when Wendy invited us into the Office Preview. That was back when we actually had to already have or buy a subscription to O365. I can't remember exactly how the versions went, but I do remember having 2003, but I don't think that was before Office XP. Anyway, I've upgraded every time a new version came out and still have a couple of valid licenses (and keys) to Office 2010 and 2013. I've lost everything else key wise.

Perhaps it's an Office Insider error?
I had O 2000 Pro. Stretched it until it didn't work in 8 (I think). Dual booting with W7 then to keep it until W10. Purchased an O365 subscription last June, which needs renewal this June.

No, HG. Same version here (it's a Office ProPlus, but that's the same...
Only one thing comes to mind... Too many associated computers devices - tablets count too. Think the limit is 10 (you can manage them at Otlook.com site)

Going in to check that out, but if I remember, that happened to me once, and it told me I had too many devices. Still gonna check, though.

Excuse me, Andre, but it may work on your machine/device and have error on hers.

Devices and subscriptions are managed in one's account at https://account.microsoft.com/, not Outlook.com.

Agree.
Correct. You can access account from Outlook.com, or any other online service.

Maybe the reason I don't have DVD Player is that every time I boot into Insider The program has lost my DVD and BRDVD players. I have to rescan for changes for them to be found by this build.
Bear in mind that the normal Windows users will not be installing a new build each week, either... That's just for us beta-testing chimps...

Edwin, is the incorrect value shown before or after you sign out after setting the custom value? IMO, you are supposed to sign out, then "go back" and check. I only ask because above you say "go back" without reference to to signing out first. Just wanted to ask...;) If I don't sign out after setting a new custom scale value then I get numbers like yours, if I do, I don't--just asking...;)

@waltc
Yeah, I did the sign out thing, a dozen times!
It's not a major issue, I just wondered why it didn't work logically.
Perhaps it's an incremental thing by design, or, geared toward cross platform devices or, maybe just a glitch.
Beats me though.

@Edwin
Maintaining aspect ratio adjusting? Rounding to keep a 16:9? Pure hypothetical S.W.A.G.
