Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 16199 PC + 15215 Mobile Insider

New to Win 10 (fm Vista) and definitely new to the Insider program with just 3 versions installed so far (fast track). Luckily all has gone well but think this may be due to a new and somewhat devoid of programs computer. Thought the download and install froze up last night, but just a lengthy, 21/2 hour, upgrade.
Have learned a lot on the forums so far and have gained a lot of knowledge from the tutorials and just reading the posts. Tks.

Same here. Successfully updated the laptop with this build in under 25 minutes, but my desktop fails every time at 12% before restarting and comes back straight to the previous build and gives me a message that I need to restart to upgrade... Tried every cleaning and windows update fix solutions, none of them helped. I'll wait for the next build I think.

I am now one of the "Blessed Ones"................16199 loaded fast and with no problems I can find as of now. MS Outlook 2016 working like a champ.

Could anyone point me to the link for an enterprise edition of this build? So far I've seen download links from winareo but I'm not sure if it's the enterprise edition.

I saw that, too...but imagine my surprise when the hub fired up immediately after hitting reset... I guess when they say "may" they really mean "may"...

How can I update to 16199.1000 from 16193.1000 ? PC restart to install but the build won't install !!!! After reboot everything return to before build and update don't install... 10 times for 10 OS... why Microsoft? Whyyyyy ?

Think he means the time under his avatar on left, in this forum. If so, go to settings in your profile and adjust them. I just checked goatty2's profile....he's in UK with US Central Time Zone. That's a bit off!
