this is the one. CU version have the latest Flash, Insider doesn't. Vulnerabilities are critical. Just to let know..

Just couple of days ago I updated Flash manually, I thought it would be system wide not only for FF. Tor updated too, don't know where to look in Opera.

Edge versions (in system32 and SysWOW64) are updated via Windows update. Don't know if we can update them manually.
