Well at the risk of showing my tender years, I remember TELEX when we paid £1 a letter to send a message from UK to US say, so we had to be very economical with words and vowels were rarely used e.g. PLS SND BCK LTR. Text speak was only reinvention of the wheel!
I was on the telex machine when I worked in the advertising and publicity department of Columbia Pictures in the late 50s through the mid to late 60s. Reviews of each film came out on the day of release; it was my job to telex each review verbatim to the Columbia Home Office. Sometimes they ran to half a newspaper page if it was an extra good film. Nobody ever told me what it cost to send those.
I remember when Easy Rider was released; it was the "sleeper" of the year and wasn't expected to gross very much, but wound up with more reviews than were expected; every newspaper from little old mom and pop papers to the Dallas Times Herald and the Dallas Morning News reviewed that one!

Yes, researched for days. Now it doesn't receive incoming email. Says working on Inbox folder, but sits still forever, until I close and restart Outlook. As a Computer Engineer (retired) I have never had this problem with ANY Windows 10 until this upgrade !!
So the scanpst.exe didn't fix things?

Does anyone know where the setting is in Edge to change the title bar from drab mortician grey to the color I have set in Colors of Settings app? I thought for sure they had it in Edge settings for it.

that was my problem as well. The sfc /scannow found errors and prevented me from upgrading. It would go 99% through the update and then crash with a System Service Exception. I found out that you fix it with this tutorial for DISM:
Use DISM to Repair Windows 10 Image - Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials
Unfortunately, I could not fix it as I had "cleaned up" my PC so it could not find the Source and I had no .iso for the build. I had to do a new clean build.
Make sure NOT TO SIGN INTO MS while doing a fresh load of Windows as it screws up a lot of stuff- Do it after you have finished installing the OS! It may be the reason for your corrupted system files.

Thanks. But you just hit the nail on the head. I always sign into windows as I am loading it, and didn't hear about the problems of doing this. So thanks for that heads up. I will reload windows and delay signing in until everything is done. But I might try your tutorial first just to see if it helps. Thanks for your suggestions.

I know it is bad form to ask a ladies age (I am not asking) but this reply makes me feel young :-D).
