    FYI, running gpedit.msc produces this new error on my 16184.1001 Pro update:

    Other than that, all is well.

    Well that did not take long. After I got into settings and moved my mouse to the left the screen flickered and went away. i reported it and am back on 15063.250 where I may stay.

    You need to of course first get the upgrade through Windows Update on one machine, make an ISO from upgrade files, burn ISO to a DVD or USB flash drive. Then you can clean install build 16184 using your self made install media.

    I did a clean install after the update. When I try to personalize the lock screen it pops up for a couple of seconds and then disappears. Anyone else having this problem?

    Yes, assigned a drive letter to the recovery partition, renamed the partition to "recovery" via explorer, and then unassigned the drive letter. See here:
