I've noticed the same Event, but different MS site. Could be false, or some servers got infected..

Known issues for PC

ADDED: PC Reset via Settings > Update & security > Recovery will not work on this build.

Mine is stuck at 2% Ive tried the temp fix listed above in regedit it keeps showing back up. The last couple of builds installed smoothly but 16179 acted up and now 16184 Ill try ago tomorrow when Im on HughesNet's data dim and not mine. If there are any other fixes That would be awesome everyone have a great day evening night where ever you might be.

It would only affect being able to Reset or Refresh Windows instead.

After upgrading last night to build 16184 I am seeing these users profile. Is it safe to remove it?

Installed the build this morning with little or no issues. Up and running in about1/2 an hour.
