No download or no upgrade ? If you have problem with download and have ESD or ISO from 10240 IP, you should be able to use that one when time comes, it looks like they are exactly same.
My insider pc is running Windows 10 pro 10240. The esd file that was installed on my windows 8.1 home system is Windows 10 Home 10240.
Unless I get a prompt before I shut down for the night, I'm just going to wait until tomorrow morning. I've waited this long a few more hours isn't going matter much to me.
