I'm looking at some stuff I downloaded on the Microsoft MVP Yammer network that answers so may questions, but its all under the NDA and I can't disclose any of it. All I can say is " I know something you don't know". But I can't talk about it. This sucks, but that's the way it is.

Does any of you guys who installed 10240 clean get option to "Uninstall latest preview build" ?
It also should not show if windows old and other stuff pertaining to previous installation was removed.
On a clean install, the options are 'reset' and 'reinstall'.

    Can't, it's against the rules!
You can go look for it in the more 'seedy' realms of the web yourself though.

    Random False Notifications

The notification's icon on your Taskbar never-ever does light up without a reason, ie no notification in your Action Center?
I've had that issue in most of the previews (this year).
It is random; sometimes it displays correctly, other times it doesn't.

One of those recent patches is to protect you from fonts!
    KB3079904
The software giant said in an advisory Monday that the vulnerability, if exploited, could "allow remote code execution if a user opens a specially crafted document or visits an untrusted webpage that contains embedded OpenType fonts."

Well I am a little slow nowadays. But today I upgraded build 10130 to 10240 via the fast ring option. Everything went smoothly.

I know that I have been stupid and should've read the bulletin before going ahead and clean installing this latest build of Win 10. I have now gone ahead and formatted the partition (which previously contained an activated copy of Build 10130) and clean installed it with Build 10240.

After reading the bulletin, it now seems like the product keys used to activate Build 10240 aren't working anymore. I want to stay in the Insider Preview, so should I just hold tight until Tuesday and/or later and hopefully get activated after with these same keys? Or is there something else I should do?

Sorry for my stupidity! I should've just upgraded straight from 10130-->10240!

    Thanks for the advice!
