Dang, there's that Defender thing again, messing around with my new Build! When I see that, it usually means trouble!

It is likely I will need to clean starting with build 16176. I have over 100 non-windows programs so I'll just save the image and start afresh. I've upgraded to openSUSE Tumbleweed from Leap and that's going well. As always Windows Server 2016 is very stable and I have Virtualbox and VMware VMs I can run there. I am using tweaking.com's repair program in safe mode and it did detect Windows Update problems - as to whether it can fix them is another story. So beta testing proceeds.

Upgrading now 3 desktops, I even created a Windows Pro x64 ISO (16179). Up to now all seems to be good.

Yep, smooth update here as usual. Be nice to know why system restore is never left on, though.
