Windows time zones, even in summer time as it's known here in Europe or daylight saving time as it's known across the bond are always told in standard time. Windows then takes care of switching to summer time automatically.

Our time zone during the winter half year, yours and mine is CET (UTC+1, Central European Time). As Coordinated Universal Time or short UTC (Wikipedia) does not change for summer time, always remaining the same, you and me are summer half year in time zone CEST (Central European Summer Time) which is UTC+2 , time difference to UTC being one hour more than during the winter half year.

Same here. I am in Eastern Time Zone, and currently on DST, we're actually only -4 UTC, but Windows Time still reports us as -5:

I was going to say me neither, but then decide that the more appropriate statement is that it couldbe more stable than it is, but overall most things are working fine.

Stupid thing tells me I need to use a valid email address! Which I did!
