Very likely that 184 will be available tomorrow, especially as it is the 2nd build for that number

    10.0.16184.1001 (rs_prerelease.170424-2211)
It's already Friday here so we in Europe should be getting some time after 7PM.

Although this speculation is useless, new builds come when they come, I think that today it will once again be a "midnight build" for us Europeans because of the Insider Webcast going live at 18:30 CEST (16:30 UTC, 17:30 BST). I don't believe a new build being released during that couple of hours it lasts.

You are in the same CEST time zone than me (during summer time it's UTC +2), you must remember getting "midnight builds", too. Last ones I can remember were 15063 which was released after 4 AM our time, and 15046 which was released a minute or two after midnight our time.

Sorry Count but you are not. Please allow me to split hairs and go off topic to fight boredom, impatiently waiting the new build :)

Windows time zones, even in summer time as it's known here in Europe or daylight saving time as it's known across the bond are always told in standard time. Windows then takes care of switching to summer time automatically.

Our time zone during the winter half year, yours and mine is CET (UTC+1, Central European Time). As Coordinated Universal Time or short UTC (Wikipedia) does not change for summer time, always remaining the same, you and me are summer half year in time zone CEST (Central European Summer Time) which is UTC+2 , time difference to UTC being one hour more than during the winter half year.

    Your time at the moment:

Because Windows needs to handle time zones as standard time. An example I know well due my interest in image customization is how time zone must be told in unattended answer file.

Regardless if I am preparing an image in winter when we have UTC+1 or summer when we have UTC+2, I have to add time zone in answer file as "W. Europe Standard Time", the name Microsoft uses for CET UTC+1.

Windows then reports time zone as UTC+1, even in summer time when it actually is UTC+2.

Oooo Kay, I was wandering about that. If I set time zone as Windows suggest, it's alright, when I tried "real" one I get one hour off.
