Yuppers!
2 YT videos maximized, one on each monitor, doesn't crash if you pause one though; (not yet anyway!)
Notice: 'Video Scheduler'...

This must be a result of MS refactoring their windows core code for future feature compatibility. Hope they will fix these kind of glitches soon.

Maybe, maybe not; doesn't crash if I disable 'Hardware Acceleration' in Chromium Settings!
-
- Cent Browser, (Chromium based),
- hardware acceleration disabled
- 2 1080HD YT vids maximized, one on each monitor
Uses a heck of a lot of memory though!!!

I have just run 3 YT one on each of 3 monitors and it didn't crash. Closed them one by one without pausing and still no crash.

Since CU, I have noticed that a quick cmd.exe window flashes up and disappears, so fast I cannot even begin to read anything in the window.
It is still happening on 16176. Scans show nothing malicious from a variety of software.
Anyone else seen anything remotely similar?
-
Just the once when two blank CMD windows appeared and disappeared. After a reboot on 16176.

Not good. Did you correct errors?
tried everything and nothing working even tried to create a uup iso and that crashed
so just have to wait for next update

SFC came back clean for me, but DISM found repairable errors' tried to use uup ISO but DISM kept saying it couldn't find source--- so whatever it found will have to stay broken!

Reading through Feedback Hub, I found that people are having a lot of driver issues since 16170, not only graphics, but also USB, scanner and other driver issues. Also a lot of BSOD reports all over the place.
The most common issue is NVidia graphics, but found also reports on AMD issues.
The most funny part is that there are a lot of issues on Surface 2 and 3 devices too. :)

One way to look at the detailed behaviour of the various components in a lot of different systems - from the point of view of an OS Development bug analyst - is to create (deliberate) reproducible system crashes, and for Microsoft the WER telemetry is an ideal means of handling the large amounts of data a fairly large sample of BSOD-derived data. Now is Nvidia's turn, perhaps AMD and Realtek, Broadcomm, HP, Brother and Canon to come soon!
It's like fishing with dynamite, effective, cheap just not very Eco-friendly - but there'll be another build along soon!
It is interesting to note that the Ethernet and WiFi bugs seem largely not to affect connection rather than performance issues. Poor connectivity would be like shooting yourself in the foot if you are analysing data over the network!
