I used the identical folder and twice was unable to create the iso. Should other people have problem might it be possible for you to share the iso's you created Kari?

@Kari.... please explain that the long folder name changes with each build. The EXT:ESD search is necessary each new time. Can't just use the one from last time.
You can use Treesize, if searching is too much Only one folder is big enough to be interesting...

Not yet... It needs few days to gather info. It's the same in CU build for me.

I was only quoting directly from the tut:

2.2) In File Explorer, search for ext:esd to find all ESD files. Only one of the subfolders of C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download contains ESD files (extension .esd). So called express UUP upgrade has only one ESD file, canonical UUP upgrades can have 10+ ESD files. Regardless of how many ESD files your search finds, they are all stored in same subfolder, the one containing necessary files to make an ISO image

Well, it is in dce1ce83b87ecf2995777801b1ae4095 folder.

Guys, please tell me what's the point of having tutorial threads if you do not use those threads for issues directly related to said tutorials? Could someone please explain me why issues and posts clearly without none whatsoever doubt belonging to a tutorial thread, not here, are ONLY discussed here instead of tutorial thread, taking focus of the reason for this thread: to discuss about new build and its features and issues?

Not being able to create an ISO is not a build 16176 issue. If and when Microsoft really wants us Insiders to have the ISO making option, they will inform about it. Until that we try our own tools and methods, discussing about those in respective threads.

From now on I will totally ignore, not reply any posts related to ISO making process posted anywhere else than in tutorial thread. I also very strongly recommend other especially senior geeks to do the same.

I did same thing following tutorial last 2 or 3 times and it worked, this time it didn't. No. I didn't use folder with same string as last time because I couldn't if I wanted to, I deleted it long time ago. It just didn't work this time and I'll wait for ISO if and when they release it. I just need it for my museum, that's all. Not gonna loose any sleep because of it.
